Fairmont Nile City exceeded what I have expected. The staff, every one of them, made our three-nights stay so comfortable and memorable. The Dine-in service was fast, food was delicious, the Sky Pool was warm and cosy, room was up to date and super clean. A special shout out to reception staff Michael, he went beyond to help us out with a bigger and quieter room and even overworked one night to make sure we are happy with everything. Fairmont, you should be proud that you have such a considerate and efficient employee. Moustafa from Dine-in service was very helpful too. We will definitely come back!

The view of the Nile was outstanding. The pool on the roof was heated. The juice was very fresh. They provided quite a lot of food options during our stay. The gym was large and spacious. The staff was accommodating to our needs when they were very busy with all the other guest.

Well organised and has a high standers service. The staff especially Mr Ahmed Abdulraziq I am sure you will notice his welcoming attitude and grate smile Ms Ms Mariam also was a star in making my last minute extension happens, Ashraf thank you for your assistance. I still remember more names because the staff made me feel I am home. Also I would like to thank them for the complimentary service they provided me with. By the way this was my first visit to Egypt and the Fairmont hotel location staff and luxury service have made me want to live the experience over and over again. I hope I was a good gust thank you.

This hotel is modern and located in a mall area. The room was furnished very nicely with products. There was even a loofah as well as a shoe cleaner. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices.

The location was excellent near to the most sites and the hotel has small mall has everything coffee shop, mini market, pharmacy and small gift shop, rhe breakfast was nice and the view right to the Nile, the staff was so friendly and the housekeepers was amazing
