Staff always asking us if we have enough drinking water. There was a much needed repair in another room and they did their best so we won’t be affected. They even offered to help us transfer to another so we won’t be disturbed but we chose to stay in our room. They sent fruits instead to our room which we appreciate very much. Hotel was also connected to a mall which was very convenient. The doorman also lent us an umbrella when the weather forecast that day was rain the afternoon.Lobby is beautiful. A money changer machine is also at the lobby. Front desk was accommodating. We felt secured while in the hotel.

Beautiful property w black marble tiles floor and walks, high end glam decor. Bedrooms very comfortable. Bed excellent , sheets and towels lovely and super luxurious. Bathroom very nice. Pool at the top of the hotel. Staff excellent especially Youssef ( reception) & Christen & Sarah ( concierge ). The pool area , though nice could be windy, smallish and definitely not enough sun umbrellas and those they had were crochet so though looked good didn’t protect you from the sun. There was no outdoor dining or bar ( other than pool area ) in use so everything was indoors. No casual dining area though the hotel had a new mall attached and there is a nice bistro there. Though the hotel is opposite the Nile ( across a busy road ) there is nothing really walkable so had to catch taxis everywhere.

Our stay at the Fairmont Nile City Hotel was truly outstanding from beginning to end. From the moment we checked in, the service was impeccable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, contributing to an overall sense of relaxation and indulgence. Room service was another highlight of our stay. The menu offered a wide range of delicious options, and every dish we ordered was prepared to perfection. The service was prompt and delivered with a smile, adding to our overall positive experience. Whether we were enjoying a late-night snack or a leisurely breakfast, the quality of the food and service was consistently excellent. Throughout our stay, the staff at Fairmont Nile City went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Their friendliness and professionalism made a significant impact, enhancing our experience and making us feel truly pampered. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions, and their commitment to making our stay enjoyable was clear. As our trip came to an end, the check-out process was just as smooth and efficient as our arrival. We left the hotel feeling completely satisfied and grateful for the exceptional service we received.

I loved everything about this place!! It was the best option for staying in Cairo. Staff, service, amenities… all perfect! They offer you plenty of water bottles throughout the day for hydration. The pool is beautiful and well taken care of. Elevators and taxis easy and quick. Room with lots of space, snacks, robes, hair dryer, iron and iron board. I highly recommend the Saigon restaurant for dinner and the breakfast buffet was amazing too!
