Our stay at the Fairmont Nile City Hotel was truly outstanding from beginning to end. From the moment we checked in, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted us with warmth and efficiency, making us feel welcome and valued right away. The check-in process was seamless, and the attention to detail was evident throughout our entire stay. The room was luxurious, spacious, and offered stunning views of the Nile. We were impressed by the elegance and comfort of the space, which made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, contributing to an overall sense of relaxation and indulgence. Room service was another highlight of our stay. The menu offered a wide range of delicious options, and every dish we ordered was prepared to perfection. The service was prompt and delivered with a smile, adding to our overall positive experience. Whether we were enjoying a late-night snack or a leisurely breakfast, the quality of the food and service was consistently excellent. Throughout our stay, the staff at Fairmont Nile City went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Their friendliness and professionalism made a significant impact, enhancing our experience and making us feel truly pampered. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions, and their commitment to making our stay enjoyable was clear. As our trip came to an end, the check-out process was just as smooth and efficient as our arrival. We came early for a Viking Cruise as they had shown it in their documentation this would be the hotel we would stay at, turns out they moved us about a mile down the road to another hotel and it has given us a real good comparison. The one we are in now is way below the standard of the Fairmont. I am so surprised that Viking would do this as the are in the top price bracket for tours. The Fairmont is two stars above the one we are currently in. From little things like the staff don't wear name badges to rooms that are below average Viking have made a big mistake. We are coming back to the Fairmont when the Viking cruise finishes for at least another 6 days.

I loved everything about this place!! It was the best option for staying in Cairo. Staff, service, amenities… all perfect! They offer you plenty of water bottles throughout the day for hydration. The pool is beautiful and well taken care of. Elevators and taxis easy and quick. Room with lots of space, snacks, robes, hair dryer, iron and iron board. I highly recommend the Saigon restaurant for dinner and the breakfast buffet was amazing too!
